Latham & Watkins Advises Leggett & Platt in US$2.5 Billion Acquisition by Somnigroup
Somnigroup International Inc. (NYSE: SGI) and Leggett & Platt, Incorporated (NYSE: LEG) announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement pursuant to which Somnigroup will acquire Leggett & Platt in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately US$2.5 billion based on Somnigroup’s closing share price on April 10, 2026.
