Latham & Watkins Advises Home Hub Labs in Hint Seed Financing

Firm represents the AI-enabled home management platform company in its US$10 million round.

Martha Stewart, home services veteran Yih-Han Ma, and AI thought leader Kyle Rush have announced the launch of Hint, a new company co-founded by Stewart that reimagines homeownership through the combined power of human expertise and artificial intelligence.

Hint launches with a US$10 million seed round led by Slow Ventures, with participation from Montauk Capital — which incubated Hint through its venture studio platform —Tusk Venture Partners, Amplo, Energy Impact Partners, Hannah Grey VC, and Brian Kelly, founder of The Points Guy.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Home Hub Labs in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partner Peyton Worley and New York counsel Evan Kirsch, with associates Andres Medina Jordan and Martin Lazzaro. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by New York partner Pelin Serpin.
