    Evan Kirsch advises cutting-edge companies across the entire corporate life cycle, as well as the venture capital firms and the growth equity firms that invest in them.

    Evan draws on extensive corporate and transactional experience to guide high-growth technology and life sciences companies from formation, through all stages of growth, and beyond. He regularly helps clients navigate:
