Latham & Watkins has advised FYLD, the AI-powered frontline intelligence platform for the global infrastructure sector, on its US$41 million Series B funding round.
The round was led by Energy Impact Partners LP (EIP) with participation from Partech through its Growth Impact Fund.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with counsel Samantha Peacock and associates Irene Brandão and Will Farr.
