Latham Advises Fractal Analytics on US$314 Million IPO

Cross-border team represents global AI company on listing on BSE and NSE.

Latham & Watkins has advised Fractal Analytics Limited, a global enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) company, on its US$314 million initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).

The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta and Hong Kong partner Dominik Sklenar, with Singapore counsel Esha Goel, Singapore associate Zheyi Feng, and Hong Kong associates Stewart Lai and Wang Zhang. Advice was also provided on US tax matters by Chicago partner Rene de Vera, with New York associate Jacob Nagelberg, and Boston associate Tessa Young; and on US corporate matters by New York partner Roderick Branch, with associates Paul Lau and Emma Gilmore.
