Latham Advises Energy Capital Partners on Acquisition of EnergySolutions

Firm advises the investor on the acquisition of the nuclear services company.
Energy Capital Partners, a leading investor across energy transition infrastructure, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire EnergySolutions, a leading nuclear services company providing integrated solutions across the full nuclear lifecycle, from TriArtisan Capital Advisors LLC. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in 2026.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Energy Capital Partners on the transaction, with a corporate deal team led by New York partner David Kurzweil and counsel Jessica Pisani, with associate Jennifer Chu. Advice was also provided on finance matters by Los Angeles partner Jeff Greenberg and New York partner Kendra Kocovsky.
