Latham & Watkins Advises EIV Capital on Fund Formations Totaling Approximately US$1.1 Billion

EIV Capital, LLC, (EIV Capital) a Houston-based private equity firm specializing in equity investments across the North American energy industry value chain, announced the final closing of EIV Capital Fund V, LP and associated vehicles, a value-add energy infrastructure fund, and EIV Resources II, LP, a non-operated upstream investment fund. Combined, the two funds raised approximately US$1.1 billion in total capital commitments and strengthened the firm’s multi-strategy platform for its investors.
