Latham Advises Egis on €450 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised Egis, a leading global architectural, consulting, construction engineering, operations, and mobility services firm, on the issuance of €450 million senior unsecured notes in aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2031.
