Latham Advises Ebury in Approximately £550 Million Fundraising
Latham & Watkins has advised Ebury, Santander’s international payments fintech, in approximately £550 million funding rounds to accelerate its growth and global expansion.
Funding rounds were led by Centerbridge, alongside reinvesting shareholders Santander, Vitruvian Partners, and 83North. Santander will invest £50 million and remain Ebury’s majority shareholder with a 55% stake.
