Latham & Watkins Advises Carlyle on Sale of iC Consult Group to Bridgepoint

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised global investment firm Carlyle (Nasdaq: CG) on the sale of iC Consult Group, the world's largest independent provider of identity security services, to Bridgepoint.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in Q3 2026.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises Carlyle on transactions.
