Latham & Watkins Advises Apheon on the Creation of a Leading Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation Platform

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Apheon, a pan-European private equity firm, on the formation of an integrated buy and build platform in the trenchless pipe rehabilitation sector. The transaction involves a unitranche and super senior financing with additional acquisition and capex facilities to support the buy-and-build strategy to create a market-leading integrated corporate platform consolidating several specialist companies, including Amex Sanivar, Hurricane Trenchless Technologie, IMS, Innoquip, Kardiam, Polypipe, and resinnovation.
