Latham Represents GTCR and Other Financing Sources in US$200 Million Investment in Sophos

Firm advises the private equity firm on the investment in the global provider of cybersecurity software and services.
GTCR, a leading private equity firm, has announced that it has jointly led a US$200 million investment in Sophos, a global provider of cybersecurity software and services. The second-lien term loan was raised in connection with the refinancing of Sophos’ existing US$2.45 billion first-lien term loan.
