Latham Awarded Multiple Accolades at Global Banking & Markets 2026 Awards

Latham & Watkins was recognized as legal adviser for two Deal of the Year awards at the Global Banking & Markets Awards: CEE, Central Asia, and Türkiye 2026. The awards highlight the most innovative and groundbreaking deals from sovereign, corporate, and financial institution issuers and borrowers.

Latham's recognitions include:

• Landmark Deal of the Year — Latham advised JPMorgan on MHP’s US$450 million senior unsecured bond and liability management exercise. The Latham team was led by Paris partner Roberto Reyes Gaskin, Dubai partner Ed Kempson, and London partner Manoj Tulsiani.

• Corporate Bond Deal of the Year: CEE — The firm represented the issuer on CANPACK’s US$500 million and €500 million 144A/Reg S dual-tranche senior unsecured bond. The Latham team was led by London partners Jenn Engelhardt and Shawn Anderson.
