Latham Advises Phillips Edison in US$377.5 Million Expansion of Joint Venture With Northwestern Mutual

Real Estate team represents the grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center owner and operator in the expansion of its joint venture with the institutional real estate investor.

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) announced an amended and restated joint venture partnership with Northwestern Mutual that extends the term of Grocery Retail Partners I LLC by 10 years to 2036. The expanded joint venture will acquire 13 grocery-anchored shopping centers across eight states with a portfolio value of approximately US$377.5 million.
