Latham Advises Snam on €67 Million Accelerated Bookbuilding on Industrie De Nora’s Shares

Capital Markets team has assisted a leading European gas infrastructure operator in sale of shares through an accelerated bookbuilding.
Latham & Watkins has advised Asset Company 10 S.r.l. (a company entirely controlled by Snam S.p.A.), in the sale, through an accelerated bookbuilding, of 10,084,258 ordinary shares of Industrie De Nora S.p.A. at a price of €6.69 per share. The total gross proceeds corresponded to approximately €67 million.
The Latham & Watkins team was led by partner Antonio Coletti and counsel Federico Amoroso, with Lorenzo Rovelli, Leonardo Fossatelli, and Francesca Condò on Italian law matters. Advice was also provided on US matters by partner Ryan M. Benedict and Irene Pistotnik.
Goldman Sachs has acted as Sole Bookrunner.
