Now in its third year, the list honors lawyers in private practice whose exceptional accomplishments distinguish them as outstanding legal leaders.
Forbes selected four of Latham’s celebrated leaders to its America’s Top Lawyers list, which annually spotlights legal practitioners in private practice whose achievements and deep experience illustrate their “outsize influence in the field.”
Latham’s 2026 honorees are:

- Zach Podolsky: Nationally recognized as a leading M&A dealmaker, Zach is a partner in the firm’s New York office.
