Latham & Watkins LLP has advised SGB-SMIT Group, a European transformer specialist and a One Equity Partners portfolio company, on a €350 million Term Loan B incremental financing.

Latham & Watkins had recently advised SGB-SMIT Group on its €1.29 billion refinancing.

The Latham team was led by Munich finance partner Christian Jahn and counsel Rainer Adlhart, with associate Thomas Stüber.
