Latham & Watkins Advises Perceptive Advisors on Growth Financing for Leading Oncology Biotech Autolus Therapeutics

Firm represents the lender in connection with a financing to support the commercial growth of AUCATZYL and Autolus’ oncology platform.

Autolus Therapeutics plc (Nasdaq: AUTL) announced that it has entered into a senior secured notes facility of up to US$250 million with Perceptive Advisors, consisting of an initial issuance of US$75 million, an additional US$25 million available at Autolus’ option, and up to US$150 million of additional notes available upon the achievement of specified revenue milestones. In connection with the financing, Autolus also issued Perceptive a warrant to purchase up to 3.5 million American Depositary Shares. The company expects the notes issuance, together with existing cash resources, to provide funding into the second quarter of 2028.
