Elizabeth Oh is a partner in the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Finance Department.

Ms. Oh advises lenders, borrowers, and equity sponsors on a full range of financings. She particularly focuses on technology-related private equity, growth equity, and emerging growth debt transactions, and works with companies at all stages of growth to arrange for the funds they need to succeed and grow, from start up through to IPO.

Ms. Oh’s representative transactions include advising:

  • Lyft in its US$420 million debt financing
  • Francisco Partners in connection with the business combination of Movella, a leading full-stack provider of sensors, software, and analytics that enable the digitization of movement, with Pathfinder Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company
  • TPG Sixth Street Partners and its affiliates on tens of structured debt and equity financings for various technology companies, with a particular focus on software companies with recurring revenue-based facilities
  • Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., a global promoter, operator, and manager of ticket sales for live entertainment in the United States and internationally, on a refinancing of its senior secured credit facility
  • Jackson Family Wines, Inc., a provider of alcoholic beverages including handmade wines, on a refinancing of its revolving credit facility
  • Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., a global company that specializes in manufacturing semiconductor devices used in computer processing, on its US$500 million revolving credit facility
  • Savers LLC, an operator of a for profit thrift-store chain featuring gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods, on its term loans and revolving credit facility
  • Aimmune, Inc., a biotech company specializing in peanut allergy therapies, on its US$170 million structured debt facility from affiliates of KKR
  • Various private equity sponsored portfolio companies on growth stage and lower middle market debt transactions provided by banks, hedge funds, and institutional investor
