Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP, an asset management company active in life and non-life insurance-linked investments, in connection with SKH Funding Limited's planned acquisition of the Austrian insurer austrion Life Group. SKH Funding Limited is a company with an investor base consisting of investment mandates and funds managed by Leadenhall Capital Partners LLP. This transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals, including the final approval by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA).
