Latham & Watkins Advises on Hark’s US$700 Million Series A at US$6 Billion Valuation

Hark, a new AI lab building advanced personalized intelligence, has announced it has raised over US$700 million in Series A funding at a US$6 billion post‑money valuation. The round was oversubscribed and led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Align Ventures, AMD, ARK Invest, Brookfield, Greycroft, Intel Capital, Prime Movers Lab, Qualcomm Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Tamarack Global.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented AMD in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Orange County/Bay Area partner Nima Movahedi and Bay Area partner Tad Freese, with associates Christopher Siino and Chloe Wallace.
