Latham & Watkins Advises on AEVEX Corp.’s Public Offering

AEVEX Corp. (NYSE: AVEX) has announced the pricing of its public offering of 5,726,157 shares of its Class A common stock by the company and 2,273,843 shares of its Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders at a price to the public of US$27 per share. AEVEX and the selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30‑day option to purchase up to an additional 858,923 and 341,077 shares, respectively.
