Shamrock Capital has announced a long-term strategic partnership with Swansea City AFC. Through the partnership, Shamrock has committed capital to support Swansea's strategic priorities and future growth.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Shamrock Capital in the transaction with a corporate team led by Los Angeles partner Rick Offsay and London partner Patrick Mitchell, with associate Alastair Mackichan. Advice was also provided on finance matters by London partner Ross Pooley, with associate Ben Silverstone; and on tax matters by London partner Karl Mah and counsel Lina Le Roux.
