Latham & Watkins has advised Highland Europe as a lead investor on the US$70 million Series B funding round of Wordsmith AI Inc., a legal operations platform for in-house teams.
The round was led by Highland Europe and Index Ventures, with participation from other investors.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo and Boston partner Spencer Ricks, with New York associate Eduard Grigoryan.
