Latham Advises on Private Credit Financing for Nautic Partners’ Sale of HES Facilities Management to GI Partners

Nautic Partners, LLC has announced that it closed the sale of portfolio company HES Facilities Management to GI Partners.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit providers in the financing for the transaction with a team led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, and partners Peter Sluka and Brianna Oller, with associates Julio Martinez Rivas and Andrea Olaya Gomez.
