Latham & Watkins has advised IPCOM, the leading pan-European specialty distributor of energy-efficient technical and building insulation products, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Le Froid Pecomark, a leading distributor of refrigeration, heat pump, and ventilation equipment in France.
Latham advised the Astorg portfolio company with a team led by Paris corporate partner Alexander Crosthwaite, with associates Julia Lefevre and Floriane Ying.
