Latham & Watkins Advises Harvey on Acquisitions of Hexus and Lume AI

Harvey announced that Lume, an AI-powered customer integration platform backed by Y Combinator, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, and Hexus, an AI product demo company backed by Pear VC and Liquid 2 and founded by Sakshi Pratap, have joined the Harvey organization. Lume brings an exceptional focus on integrations work foundational to Harvey’s customer success, while the Hexus team joining Harvey creates an opportunity to meaningfully accelerate Harvey’s work supporting in-house legal teams.
