Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the consortium of banks and savings banks led by Deutsche Apotheker‑ und Ärztebank eG (apoBank) on a syndicated loan agreement as part of a refinancing for NOVENTI, a leading provider in the European healthcare market in the areas of billing, inventory management, and industry software. The syndicated loan of €1.2 billion was agreed under the leadership of apoBank as sole arranger, agent, and security trustee.
The Latham team was led by Frankfurt finance partner Sibylle Münch, with counsel Ralph Dräger and Martina Eisgruber, and associate Yan Ma. Advice was also provided on data law matters by counsel Wolf‑Tassilo Böhm, with associate Clemens Ganz.
