Latham & Watkins Advises SK Capital in Sale of Valtris’ Champlor Renewables Business

Latham & Watkins has advised SK Capital and its portfolio company, Valtris Specialty Chemicals (Valtris), a leading global manufacturer of a comprehensive portfolio of specialty additives, in the sale of its Champlor Renewables business located in Verdun, France, to Avril Industrie. Champlor Renewables specializes in rapeseed crushing, refining, and biodiesel production.
