Latham & Watkins has advised Lazard Elaia Capital (LEC), a leading European technology venture capital firm, as the lead investor in a US$100 million investment in DentalMonitoring, the global leader in AI‑powered software‑as‑a‑medical‑device for remote orthodontic monitoring.

The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partners Thomas Forschbach and Simon Lange, with associates Claudia Reix and Juliette Gilioli.
