Latham & Watkins advised Main Street Advisors, an integrated multi‑family office and asset management firm, in the acquisition of the Red Bull KTM Tech3 (Tech3) MotoGP team. Main Street Advisors partnered with David Blitzer’s Bolt Ventures, IKON Capital, and others to acquire the team.
Tech3 is among the most prominent and longest‑tenured motorcycle racing teams competing in the MotoGP World Championship.
The Latham team was led by New York corporate partner David Beller, London sports partner Patrick Mitchell, and London corporate partner Hector Sants.
