Stefano Sciolla Named Among Best 50 Lawyers

Stefano Sciolla, Managing Partner of Latham’s Milan office and Global Vice Chair of the firm’s M&A and Private Equity Practice, has been named among the Best 50 Lawyers in Italy by LegalCommunity for the eighth time. The publication describes Stefano as a “great dealmaker” and a “talented manager” at the helm of Latham’s Milan office, underscoring his reputation as a leader in the Italian M&A market.

Stefano has advised on some of the most prominent M&A transactions in Europe this year, including PAI Partners’ sale of Marcolin, the Italian eyewear manufacturer, to VSP Vision, and Mytheresa’s acquisition of Yoox Net-A-Porter from luxury goods group Richemont.
