Latham & Watkins Advises Procurant in Acquisition by GrubMarket

GrubMarket, the AI-powered technology enabler and digital transformer of the American food supply chain industry, as well as one of the largest private food eCommerce companies globally, has announced it has completed the acquisition of Procurant, a leading SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform based in Los Gatos, California, that streamlines fresh procurement, order management, and regulatory compliance for the fresh food supply chain.
