Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. (NASDAQ: RRGB), a full-service restaurant chain serving an innovative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers in a family-friendly atmosphere, has announced the establishment of an "at-the-market equity offering" (ATM Program) program, pursuant to which the company may offer and sell shares of its common stock, with an aggregate gross sales price of up to US$40 million.
