Latham Represents Blackstone and Blue Owl in Landmark Financing for Clio’s US$1 Billion vLex Acquisition
Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, has announced it has completed its US$1 billion acquisition of vLex, one of the most significant transactions in legal technology history. Clio’s financing includes a strategic US$350 million debt facility led by Blackstone and funds managed by Blue Owl Capital.
