Latham & Watkins Advises DYWIDAG on Refinancing
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised DYWIDAG on the refinancing of their existing credit facilities. The financing includes a €90 million secured Nordic bond which will replace the existing term loans, as well as a senior revolving credit facilities agreement.

The transaction was coordinated by Arctic, a leading independent provider of financial services, acting as the sole global coordinator, with Pareto Securities, an independent full-service investment bank.
The Latham team was led by Banking & Private Credit partner Alexandra Hagelüken and counsel Cora Grannemann and Capital Markets partner Jan Penselin, with associates Peter Neuböck, Kate Zhu, Yan Ma, and Caroline Bugiel. Advice on tax matters was provided by partner Ulf Kieker and associate Henning Kleymann.
