Latham & Watkins Advises ShopMy in US$70 Million Funding Round at US$1.5 Billion Valuation
ShopMy, the curated commerce infrastructure company, has announced it has raised US$70 million in funding at a US$1.5 billion valuation. The unicorn-status round was led by Avenir, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures. The round is also supported by several strategic investors including Sofia Richie, Gregg Renfrew, Raissa Gerona, Alex Mondre of AGM Ventures, and Aimee Song and Jacopo Moschin.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented ShopMy in the transaction with a deal team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associates Andres Jordan-Medina, Alex Bernstein, Tess Winston, Jade Lee, and Mikhail Bushinski. Advice was also provided on IP matters by New York partner Pelin Serpin, with associate Sebastian Moss.
