Tallvine Partners, an independent investment advisor focused on value-add middle-market infrastructure opportunities, announced the acquisition of DonJon Marine Co., LLC, a critical marine infrastructure platform with operations in New York, New Jersey, and nationwide. DonJon Marine is a leader in critical marine infrastructure, focusing on a comprehensive suite of essential solutions for the operation and maintenance of North America’s waterways and coastal regions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
