Latham & Watkins Advises Tallvine Partners in Acquisition of DonJon Marine Co., LLC

Multidisciplinary team represents the investment advisor on its purchase of the marine infrastructure platform.

Tallvine Partners, an independent investment advisor focused on value-add middle-market infrastructure opportunities, announced the acquisition of DonJon Marine Co., LLC, a critical marine infrastructure platform with operations in New York, New Jersey, and nationwide. DonJon Marine is a leader in critical marine infrastructure, focusing on a comprehensive suite of essential solutions for the operation and maintenance of North America’s waterways and coastal regions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
