Latham & Watkins Advises Summit Partners and Portfolio Company Doctrine on Acquisition of Predictice

Paris team represents the global alternative investment firm and its portfolio company in the transaction.

Doctrine, a leading player in legal AI in Europe, has acquired Predictice, a company specializing in AI-driven legal software and databases for legal professionals. This strategic acquisition represents a significant milestone in the consolidation of the European market for AI-driven legal solutions.

Latham & Watkins represented Summit Partners and Doctrine in the transaction with a team led by Paris corporate partners Gaëtan Gianasso and Simon Lange, with associates Jacek Urban and Alexandra Rodrigues.
