Latham & Watkins Advises Seven2 on Double Closing
Latham & Watkins LLP has successfully advised Seven2, a leading European private equity firm, on a double closing. Seven2 has successfully completed the majority stake acquisition of HRK LUNIS, announced in March, and the announced merger of HRK LUNIS with Grossbötzl, Schmitz & Partner.
The acquisition of HRK LUNIS is Seven2’s first investment in Germany, marking a key strategic milestone to further expand the private equity firm's position in Europe.
The financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
