Latham & Watkins Advises on Luminary Cloud’s US$72 Million Series B

Emerging Companies & Growth team represents lead investor N47 in the funding round.
Luminary Cloud, the leading Physics AI platform, has announced a US$72 million Series B funding round led by N47 (formerly Next47) with participation from Sutter Hill Ventures and NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm). The fresh round of funding will be used to advance research into expanding applications and to build out the go-to-market team to bring Physics AI to more engineering companies.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents N47 in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Seth Gottlieb, with associates Christopher Pham and Shan Shan.
