Latham & Watkins Advises Kayyak Ventures in Seed Round for VMetrix

Firm represents VC firm in seed funding aimed at expanding VMetrix's operations across Latin America.

VMetrix, a Santiago, Chile-based cloud-native SaaS platform for investment, risk, and treasury management, has secured seed funding led by Kayyak Ventures, with participation from Nazca. VMetrix will use the funds to scale operations across Latin America, strengthen teams in key markets, and enhance the platform with advanced AI capabilities.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Kayyak Ventures with a team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associate Andres Medina-Jordan.
