Latham & Watkins Advises Atolio in US$24 Million Series A Financing

Firm represents the AI-powered enterprise search company in financing aimed at expanding secure, fully private search solutions for large enterprises.

Atolio, the AI-powered platform for fully private enterprise search, has announced its Series A led by Translink Capital, with participation from IBM Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Acorn Pacific Ventures, and Parameter Ventures.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Atolio, with a corporate team led by New York partner Eli Curi, with associates Andres Medina-Jordan, Tess Winston, and Drew Carlson.
