On September 11, 2025, Hawaiian Electric Industries, Inc. (NYSE – HEI), the parent company of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc. (Hawaiian Electric), announced the pricing of Hawaiian Electric’s US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior notes due 2033.
