Latham Represents Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. in C$1.852 Billion Financing

Green Infrastructure Partners Inc., one of Canada’s largest infrastructure companies, has announced the entry into a new Credit Agreement, which provides the company with a US dollar equivalent of C$1.402 billion term loan facility and a C$450 million revolving credit facility.
