Latham & Watkins Advises UniCredit on Acquisition Financing for Stellex’s Purchase of Dürr’s Environmental Technology Business

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised UniCredit Bank GmbH on the acquisition financing for the private equity firm Stellex Capital Management LLC to purchase the environmental technology business of Dürr Systems AG (and its subsidiaries), a globally leading mechanical and plant engineering company based in Germany. The environmental technology business focuses on air pollution control and noise filtration. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

The financing has been fully underwritten by UniCredit as a term loan B, term loan C structure, together with comprehensive working capital credit and guarantee facilities and has been successfully syndicated and allocated to institutional and bank lenders.
