Latham Advises Sunway Healthcare Holdings on Its Proposed IPO

Latham & Watkins has advised Sunway Healthcare Holdings (SHH), a leading integrated private healthcare group based in Malaysia, on its proposed initial public offering (IPO) on the Bursa Malaysia. The IPO is expected to raise over RM3 billion and will involve up to 1.97 billion shares, comprising nearly 1.4 billion existing shares and 575 million new shares that will be offered to the public.
The proposed IPO represents one of the largest offerings in Malaysia in the last 10 years. The Latham team was led by Singapore corporate partner Sharon Lau and counsel Jeremy Wang, with associate Zheyi Feng.
