Latham & Watkins Advises Main Capital Partners and Portfolio Company SoftProject on Acquisition of Blueway

SoftProject, a provider of business process management software, has acquired Blueway, a French provider of data integration and management solutions. This acquisition aligns with SoftProject’s strategy to expand its footprint in the European market and deepen its expertise in data integration, management, and workflows.
