Latham & Watkins Advises Tallvine Partners in Acquisition of TRG Datacenters
Tallvine Partners (Tallvine), an independent investment advisor focused on value-add middle-market infrastructure opportunities, announced the acquisition of TRG Datacenters (TRG), a Houston-based digital infrastructure platform servicing enterprise, hosting, cloud, and AI customers. Tallvine’s investment and partnership will enable TRG’s next phase of growth, including a planned expansion of its Houston campus and entry into additional Texas and US metro markets.
