Latham & Watkins Advises Sola in US$17 Million Series A Funding Round
Sola, an agentic process automation platform, has announced a US$17 million Series A funding round led by Kimberly Tan and Jennifer Li at Andreessen Horowitz. This follows a US$3.5 million seed round led by Sarah Guo at Conviction. The funding will enable Sola to continue redefining enterprise automation by providing AI-native, self-healing automation solutions that are fast to deploy and intuitive to use. Sola's platform allows businesses to automate workflows across any application without code, consultants, or replacing existing systems, empowering industries such as logistics, law, and healthcare to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
